Fall team training will start this Monday (September 26th) and Wednesday.
Monday – Meet at the stairwell just outside the olympic oval by 6:10 pm. We will go for a short group run down to Edworthy Park. At the park we will do core strength together for about 30 minutes before running back to the oval.
Wednesday – Again meet at the stairwell just outside the olympic oval by 6:10 pm. We will run down to Edworthy park. We will do core strength as well as some running sprints before returning to the oval.
There will not be any weekend workouts till at least Thanksgiving. Weekend workouts will depend on interest.
