Fall Training Plan 2021

Fall training will start on Tuesday, September 14th. We will have two weekday running workouts each week.

  • Tuesday at 5:00 pm starting at the olypmic oval
  • Thursday at 5:00 pm starting at the olympic oval

We will meet at the stairwell just outside the entrance to the oval. After a few weeks, we will likely switch the meeting spot outside.

Depending on interest there may be a fall Saturday workouts added. Once there is snow there will be weekend team skiing workouts.
