Tuesday September 16th will be the first team workout for 2014-15. Meet at the main doors to the Olympic Oval at 6 pm. We will run for 30 minutes, do 20 minutes of core strength and run again for 20+ minutes back to the oval.
Any UoC student or alumni of the team is welcome to join us.
